Tina Metzer is a dedicated advocate for biochar, rural communities, sustainable solutions, and entrepreneurship. A long-time biochar enthusiast, she helped bring the 2022 North American Biochar Conference to West Virginia and co-led the 2024 biochar conference. She’s passionate about building national networks that drive real change. Born and raised in West Virginia, Tina spent some time away but, like many, found her way back home. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, immersing herself in nature, reading, and traveling. Always ready to connect, collaborate, and create impact, Tina is excited to head to Minnesota to keep the momentum going!
