Harry Groot is an Associate with Dovetail Partners Inc., a Minneapolis based "environmental think tank" focused on natural resources, sustainability, and land use issues. A semi-retired Professional Engineer and Certified Energy Manager, he has written numerous reports on biochar as well as making and using biochar on his farm and for research projects with Virginia Tech and the University of MN.
